1. I like an item on the website but it says SOLD OUT. How can I get something similar? 

Each item is a one-of-a-kind handmade piece. If you request a similar item, I can make something close to what you see.  Please send me your request (color choices, reference photos etc) by clicking on this page.

2.  Why do you have items listed on the website even though it says SOLD OUT? 

 I have kept the SOLD OUT items on site to give you an idea of items that you may custom order.

3.  Can I return my product that I purchased? 

Sorry, all purchases are final due since each produce is one-of-a-kind.

4.  How can I do an on-site pick up?

Please send me an email and I will do my best to accommodate you.

 5. What are the dimensions of the products?

Please email me and I will provide you the details. 

6. Are these food safe and microwavable? 

Yes.  I use only food safe materials for glazing. 

7. Can I order gift cards?

Yes of course!  However, gift cards can be shipped to U.S. addresses only.
